What the scope allows
The included revision is one consolidated set of minor changes. A new venue, new direction or major brief change requires a separate quote.
What the result means
The visuals are conceptual design and communication tools. Exact colours, materials, floral availability, scale and buildability must be confirmed with the venue and physical suppliers before production.

How many areas of our venue can MoreLess transform?

Do we need professional venue photographs?
No. Clear phone photographs can work when they show the full space, scale, key architecture and natural light without heavy filters. The post-purchase guide explains the recommended viewpoints.
Can we send Pinterest or Instagram inspiration?
Yes. References help us understand atmosphere, colour and priorities. The result will be adapted to your real venue rather than copied from another wedding.
Are the visuals construction drawings?
No. They are conceptual visualisations for design direction and decision-making. Fabricators, florists, production teams and the venue must confirm measurements, materials, safety and feasibility.
What counts as a minor revision?
A minor revision refines the agreed direction, such as reducing floral density or adjusting a colour balance. Replacing the venue, changing the chosen areas or requesting a new concept is outside the included round.
When does the 5 to 7 business-day timeline begin?
It begins after MoreLess confirms receipt of the complete brief and usable venue material. If essential views or information are missing, the timeline begins when they are supplied.
Can MoreLess also produce the physical wedding?
Yes, subject to location, date and scope. Venue Transformation is a standalone visual service; full planning, design and production would be proposed separately.
May MoreLess share our before-and-after images?
Only with separate explicit permission from you. Sending photographs for your order does not authorise MoreLess to use them on the website, in the portfolio, on social media or in marketing.
