RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable United Arab Emirates law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

MoreLess Events provides personalised creative services, consultations and digital products. Payment reserves production capacity, professional time and access to MoreLess intellectual property. Refunds are not provided where the client changes their mind, cancels their event, no longer requires the service, fails to provide the required materials, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, delays their participation, or does not use the purchased service or digital content.

PERSONALISED DESIGN SERVICES

Personalised services are non-refundable once the order is accepted and MoreLess Events begins reviewing materials, reserving production capacity, preparing a concept or producing any part of the deliverables.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment time has been reserved.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSE MATERIALS

Digital products, downloadable materials and course content are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

MANDATORY UAE CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where a service is not performed, is materially defective or incomplete, materially differs from its published description or agreed terms, or is delayed to the extent that it can no longer reasonably be used, the remedies required by applicable UAE law remain available.

سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء

باستثناء الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون المعمول به في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة رد المبلغ أو توفير وسيلة إنصاف أخرى، تُعد جميع المشتريات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.

تقدم مورلس إيفنتس خدمات إبداعية مخصصة واستشارات ومنتجات رقمية. ويؤدي الدفع إلى حجز القدرة الإنتاجية والوقت المهني وإتاحة استخدام الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بمورلس. ولا يتم رد المبالغ إذا غيّر العميل رأيه، أو ألغى فعاليتَه، أو لم يعد بحاجة إلى الخدمة، أو لم يقدم المواد المطلوبة، أو قدم معلومات ناقصة أو غير دقيقة، أو تسبب في تأخير مشاركته، أو لم يستخدم الخدمة أو المحتوى الرقمي الذي اشتراه.

خدمات التصميم المخصصة

لا تُرد رسوم الخدمات المخصصة بمجرد قبول الطلب وبدء مورلس إيفنتس في مراجعة المواد أو حجز القدرة الإنتاجية أو إعداد المفهوم أو إنتاج أي جزء من المخرجات.

الاستشارات

لا تُرد رسوم الاستشارة بمجرد حجز موعد الاستشارة.

المنتجات الرقمية ومواد الدورة

لا تُرد رسوم المنتجات الرقمية والمواد القابلة للتنزيل ومحتوى الدورة بمجرد توفير الوصول إليها أو تسليمها.

حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في دولة الإمارات

لا تحد هذه السياسة من أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وإذا لم تُنفذ الخدمة، أو كانت معيبة أو ناقصة بصورة جوهرية، أو اختلفت بصورة جوهرية عن وصفها المنشور أو الشروط المتفق عليها، أو تأخر تنفيذها إلى حد يتعذر معه الانتفاع بها بصورة معقولة، تظل وسائل الإنصاف التي يوجبها القانون المعمول به في دولة الإمارات متاحة.
