Are the five offers the same as full wedding planning?
No. They are focused products with defined outcomes. Full planning and event production require a separate MoreLess proposal.
Can international couples use these services?
The design services are built around digital submission and delivery. The Dubai consultation is specifically intended for couples planning from abroad. Location and service suitability are confirmed before any wider scope is agreed.
Do the design services include physical décor?
No. Full Design of Your Wedding, Ceremony Design and Venue Transformation provide conceptual visual direction. Flowers, furniture, fabrication, installation, measurements, engineering and supplier contracts are outside those offers.
Why is checkout not available for every offer yet?
MoreLess keeps checkout disabled until the delivery process, required customer terms and post-purchase experience for that specific offer have been configured and tested.
What currency does the store use?
Prices in the Shopify store are presented in US dollars. Any currency conversion applied by a bank or payment provider is outside MoreLess control.
Where can I find detailed delivery and revision rules?
Each product page contains its own timeline, scope, revision boundary and exclusions because the five offers are materially different.
How do we send photographs after purchasing a visual service?
The order confirmation explains how to send the brief and photographs to contact@moreless-events.com or by WhatsApp. WhatsApp photographs should be sent as documents to preserve their original quality.
Will my photographs or project be shared publicly?
No. Customer material is used only to prepare, deliver and support the purchased service. Website, portfolio, social media or marketing use requires separate explicit permission.
How do I ask about full wedding planning?
