Service and digital delivery

MoreLess Events sells professional services and digital products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical item is shipped and no shipping address is required.

How delivery works

After an order is accepted, the customer receives an order confirmation and the next step by email. Design-service clients receive a private request for the materials needed for the selected service. Consultation clients receive intake and booking instructions. Digital-product clients receive access details only when that product is marked available.

Timing

The product page and written confirmation control the applicable delivery window. A stated timeline begins only after payment is confirmed and MoreLess has received all complete, accurate and usable information or materials required for that service. Client delay or incomplete materials pause the timeline.

No physical shipping charges

No shipping fee applies to service-only or digital-only orders. Third-party internet, bank or currency-conversion charges are the customer's responsibility.

كيفية التسليم

بعد قبول الطلب، يتلقى العميل تأكيد الطلب والخطوة التالية عبر البريد الإلكتروني. يتلقى عملاء خدمات التصميم طلباً خاصاً لإرسال المواد اللازمة للخدمة المختارة. ويتلقى عملاء الاستشارة تعليمات الاستبيان والحجز. ولا يتلقى عملاء المنتجات الرقمية بيانات الوصول إلا عندما يكون المنتج معلناً بأنه متاح.

المدة

تحدد صفحة المنتج والتأكيد الكتابي مدة التسليم المطبقة. ولا تبدأ أي مدة معلنة إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع واستلام MoreLess لجميع المعلومات أو المواد الكاملة والدقيقة والقابلة للاستخدام المطلوبة للخدمة. ويؤدي تأخر العميل أو نقص المواد إلى إيقاف احتساب المدة.
