TERMS OF SERVICE

These Payment and Refund Terms apply to purchases made from MoreLess Events through this online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable product description, these Terms of Service and the Return and Refund Policy.

PAYMENT AND START OF WORK

Full payment is due at checkout unless MoreLess Events expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Payment allows MoreLess Events to reserve production capacity, professional time and access to its intellectual property. By completing the purchase, the customer requests MoreLess Events to begin processing the order and, where applicable, reviewing the information and materials supplied for the service.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and usable information and materials requested for the purchased service. Any published delivery period that depends on client materials begins only after MoreLess Events receives the complete set of usable materials.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable United Arab Emirates law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided where the customer changes their mind, cancels their event, no longer requires the service, fails to provide the required materials, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, delays their participation, or does not use the purchased service or digital content.

Personalised services are non-refundable once the order is accepted and MoreLess Events begins reviewing materials, reserving production capacity, preparing a concept or producing any part of the deliverables. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment time has been reserved. Digital products, downloadable materials and course content are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

MANDATORY UAE CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where a service is not performed, is materially defective or incomplete, materially differs from its published description or agreed terms, or is delayed to the extent that it can no longer reasonably be used, the remedies required by applicable UAE law remain available.

شروط الخدمة

تسري شروط الدفع والاسترداد هذه على المشتريات التي تتم من مورلس إيفنتس من خلال هذا المتجر الإلكتروني. ومن خلال تقديم الطلب، يؤكد العميل أنه راجع ووافق على وصف المنتج المعمول به وشروط الخدمة هذه وسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء.

الدفع وبدء العمل

يستحق المبلغ كاملاً عند إتمام الدفع ما لم توافق مورلس إيفنتس صراحةً على خلاف ذلك كتابةً. ويتيح الدفع لمورلس إيفنتس حجز القدرة الإنتاجية والوقت المهني وإتاحة استخدام ملكيتها الفكرية. وبإتمام عملية الشراء، يطلب العميل من مورلس إيفنتس البدء في معالجة الطلب، وعند الاقتضاء، مراجعة المعلومات والمواد المقدمة للخدمة.

مسؤوليات العميل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم المعلومات والمواد المطلوبة للخدمة المشتراة كاملة ودقيقة وصالحة للاستخدام. ولا تبدأ أي مدة تسليم منشورة تعتمد على مواد العميل إلا بعد استلام مورلس إيفنتس لكامل المواد الصالحة للاستخدام.

الاسترداد والإلغاء

باستثناء الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون المعمول به في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة رد المبلغ أو توفير وسيلة إنصاف أخرى، تُعد جميع المشتريات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.

لا يتم رد المبالغ إذا غيّر العميل رأيه، أو ألغى فعاليتَه، أو لم يعد بحاجة إلى الخدمة، أو لم يقدم المواد المطلوبة، أو قدم معلومات ناقصة أو غير دقيقة، أو تسبب في تأخير مشاركته، أو لم يستخدم الخدمة أو المحتوى الرقمي الذي اشتراه.

لا تُرد رسوم الخدمات المخصصة بمجرد قبول الطلب وبدء مورلس إيفنتس في مراجعة المواد أو حجز القدرة الإنتاجية أو إعداد المفهوم أو إنتاج أي جزء من المخرجات. ولا تُرد رسوم الاستشارة بمجرد حجز الموعد. ولا تُرد رسوم المنتجات الرقمية والمواد القابلة للتنزيل ومحتوى الدورة بمجرد توفير الوصول إليها أو تسليمها.

حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في دولة الإمارات

لا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وإذا لم تُنفذ الخدمة، أو كانت معيبة أو ناقصة بصورة جوهرية، أو اختلفت بصورة جوهرية عن وصفها المنشور أو الشروط المتفق عليها، أو تأخر تنفيذها إلى حد يتعذر معه الانتفاع بها بصورة معقولة، تظل وسائل الإنصاف التي يوجبها القانون المعمول به في دولة الإمارات متاحة.
